Según las últimas estadísticas, crece la rentabilidad del tráfico y comercio con seres humanos.

So lucrative are the rackets that officials believe organized crime is largely to blame for the six-fold increase last year in illegal migration from African shores to the Canary Islands of Spain.
“Ninety percent of the immigrants coming to the EU today have been helped, and that help is to a big extent coming from organized criminal groups”, said Göran Görtzen, head of the Crimes Against Persons unit at Europol.
Culpar a los “rackets” de la immigracion ilegal (traficantes de hombres les llaman) por la immigracion masiva del Tercer Mundo al Primero, es como culpar a Al Capone por la sed de alcohol de los americanos de su tiempo. El hombre se limito a satisfacer una demanda existente, a su manera, eso si.
Igualmente, hoy si no hubiera demanda (de mano de obra barata) no habria oferta (immigrantes) i en consecuencia tampoco habria “rackets”.
En la China el traficante de hombres se llaman la cabeza de serpiente. A México se llaman el coyote. Es ilegal cada vez que digamos.
